All products are covered under a 60-day guarantee for any manufacturing or material defects.

Return Policy:

Products, whether opened or unopened, can only be returned within specific time periods. As a small business, we rely on honest transactions. To keep waste and costs down, we have a 60-day guarantee. However, products that are stained or damaged cannot be returned.

Wrong Size:

If the product is the wrong size, you can return it within 60 days.

Conditions for Returns or Refunds:

All products must be unwashed, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging to qualify for returns or refunds.

Return Costs:
For all returns, customers are responsible for the return label cost. Refunds will be issued once the product is received and inspected.

Damage Policy

Any customer-inflicted damage disqualifies the ability to exchange or return the product. To ensure returned items can be repurposed or donated to charities, all returns must be in good condition and free of:

  • Stains
  • Odours
  • Pet hairs
  • General misuse

We take environmental sustainability seriously, and damaged or defective products prevent us from donating or repurposing items. This results in waste disposal that we actively try to avoid.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been inspected and confirmed, your refund will be processed back to the original payment card within 14 business days (or longer during busy seasons). Funds are typically posted by your bank within 3–5 business days after processing. You will receive a return confirmation email after your refund has been processed.
Note:The fee for shipping insurance is non-refundable if purchased at checkout.

Promotional Items & Bundles

  • Promotional Items: If your return falls below the promotion threshold, promotional items must also be returned per our policy. Alternatively, you can keep the promotional product at a discounted price, deducted from your refund total. Promotional items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Bundles: Each item in a bundle follows its respective return policy. If returning only part of a bundle, refunds will be prorated based on the individual prices of the returned items, minus the bundle discount.

We strive to repurpose or reuse returned items through donations to local charities, especially those supporting underprivileged communities and disaster-struck regions.
