Processing Your Order
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your main inbox.
- Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Out of Stock Items: In rare cases, if an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and provide an estimated restock date or offer a refund.
Shipping and Delivery
- Carriers: We use various reputable carriers to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. Depending on your location, we may ship via FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, US Postal Services or other carriers.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
- Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location can range from 3-14 days business days after the order leaves our warehouse. Please note that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors outside of our control.
- International Shipping: At this time, we only ship to Canada and the US. We look forward to expanding our shipping destinations in the future.
