Returns
Return Window
You have a generous 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Should this period lapse, we are regrettably unable to offer refunds.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the pristine condition you received it – unused and within its original packaging.
Any customer-inflicted damage will disqualify the ability to exchange or return the product. To ensure that returned items can be repurposed or be donated to charities, all returns must be in good condition and free of stains and/or damage. Hairs, pet hairs, odours, stains, and misuse will not be accepted. We take environmental sustainability very seriously, and any damaged or defective product will prevent us from donating our product and result in harmful waste disposal.

Money Back Guarantee
30 Nights money back guarantee, no questions asked if product has manufacturing defect. Sleep peacefully knowing you can return or exchange it up to 30 nights from the time it left our warehouse. For further details contact info@mybedlinens.com
Warrantee
Up to 90 days shrink, color and pilling warrantee. If after 3 months of use, sheets shrinks more than 10% and do not fit standard mattresses, pills or fades in then we will refund 75% of your money as long as washing & care instructions were followed.
The product, opened or unopened, can only be returned within specific time periods. As a small business we rely on honest transactions and to keep wastage and our costs down we have to reduce returns. Product has 30 nights guarantee but if it has been stained or damaged it can not be returned.
All products need to be unwashed, with all tags intact and in original packaging for returns or refunds. For all returns you will need to pay for return label and money will be refunded once product has been received and inspected.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we’ll communicate via email. If your refund is approved, we will promptly process it, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Sale Items
We offer refunds only for regular-priced items. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Once the return has completed inspection and confirmed, your refund will be processed back onto the original card used for the purchase. This typically occurs within 14 business days or longer depending on the season from the point of arriving at our warehouse. Refunds will only be for the product and exclude shipping costs or duties paid. We can only refund money we collect minus all processing fees like card fees, shipping fees, custom duties etc.
You will be emailed with your return confirmation right after it is processed.
Note: The fee for shipping insurance is non-refundable (if you purchased it at checkout).
